Dear Konna, besides the strange machine (which you already can call your own), this (01) is what you need to make Schwäbische Spätzle: Four eggs (02), about 250 g of flour (03), a little water (04), and salt (05).
And here you see what to do with those few ingredients to get a rich and tasty side dish for your moose meat:

Gently crash the eggs (06), add the flour and some salt (07). Stir the whole thing (08).
Add a little water (09), just a little, until the dough looks like the one in the pictures (10 & 11).
Heat salted water in a big(!) pot (12). When it starts boiling (13), fill the crazy machine with the dough (14), place the machine over the pot, and move the slider back and forth until the dough is gone (15 & 16).
Now you have to wait (17) until the water starts boiling again an floods the Spätzle (18).
Then you need some kind of skimmer (19) to get the pasta out of the pot into another empty one (20 to 22).
Repeat the steps 06 to 22 until the dough gone.
If you have any questions you can ask Ollie for help. He’ll probably be happy to assist you.

First coffee in Kauppahalli, Tampere:
Meeting everybody:
Walking on the lake and climbing on the tower:
We are experiencing a humongous lack of time here. It seems that we are living at double speed. I’d like to spend more time with everybody but mostly there’s only a space of one or two evenings.
During the day Philip is writing reports for school. I am working as well.
This very day is dedicated to shopping and walking through the city.
Where the fuck is Hahn? – Close to Frankfurt and even closer to Mainz and Koblenz; it’s right in the middle of nowhere.
Luckily we found it and we could take our wonderful plane: Ryanair is cheap, blue and yellow. Besides that, everything is plastic and it is a common means of transportations for drunk German men. And remember: Ordering a beer for 2.50 is cool, unless the currency on bord of the plane is English Pounds.
At the airport in Tampere, Jussi and a friend picked up Jacqueline, my brother Philip and me. We were happy to get a ride.
Before having a Welcome Beer with everybody at Artturi we checked in at Satakunnankatu. Katja, Jarno, Ollie and Sergio instatly made us feel like at home.
Yesterday, we had the Yellow Party (the great successor of the Red Party). It’d be too much to tell everything, but the greatest thing was to see everybody again.
Richard announced in his FUNKSTATIONfunksturm Mexico City Blog that he will stop for now and continue later.
Since my journey has ended, this journal will slowly stop as well. However, I decided to continue posting IMP and Finland related things.
If you don’t find any interesting news here, please don’t be disappointed, just continue reading at Konna’s Daily Mud, Jarno’s Diary, Adam’s Journal, or Joan’s Website.
I also took away the Flash Object Graph of Feelings to give some more room for google’s banner. I conserved it in the simple gif-image below.

Other projects of FUNKSTATION will follow soon.
Yesterday, I finally bought a suit. Flo assisted me and got one for himself as well. He already has several suits. For me this was actually a pretty big thing, and many big things always tend to happen at the same time. So God and Ryanair sent us (Jacqueline, Anja and me) Jari from Finland to celebrate in Ulm, Germany. The suit wasnâ??t the reason for the celebration, of course, but it was just perfect to stress the importance of this event! — Hey ya IMP and greetings to all of them out there!
